Refund policy

We understand that plans and circumstances can sometimes change. Our refund policy is designed to keep things straightforward while providing flexibility when circumstances outside of a customer's control arise.

Rental Payments

Rental payments are generally non-refundable once a reservation has been made. If an unusual circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Security Deposit

Any refundable security deposit will be returned after the trailer has been returned and inspected, provided there are no applicable charges for damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or other amounts owed under the rental agreement.

Weather & Other Circumstances

If severe weather or other circumstances outside of your control make the rental unsafe or impractical, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
