Reservations

All trailer rentals are subject to availability and approval by Greenville SC Trailer Rentals.

A reservation is for the dates and times selected during booking. Renters are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.

Rental payments and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

Rental Requirements

Renters must meet all rental requirements established by Greenville SC Trailer Rentals, including age, driver's license, insurance, and towing requirements.

The renter is responsible for ensuring that the tow vehicle is properly equipped and appropriately rated for the trailer and intended load.

Greenville SC Trailer Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel a rental if rental or safety requirements are not met.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a separate Trailer Rental Agreement provided at or before pickup.

The Rental Agreement contains additional terms regarding use of the trailer, towing, loading, damage, loss, accidents, and other renter responsibilities.

In the event of a conflict between these website Terms of Service and the signed Trailer Rental Agreement concerning the rental or use of the trailer, the signed Trailer Rental Agreement will control.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for rentals.

The security deposit will be handled according to the Rental Agreement and our Refund Policy. Applicable charges for damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, or other amounts owed may be deducted from the deposit.

Trailer Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that trailers are available for confirmed reservations. However, availability may be affected by damage, mechanical problems, late returns from previous renters, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

If we are unable to provide the reserved trailer, we will contact the renter as soon as reasonably possible to discuss available options.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. Trailer specifications, availability, pricing, photographs, and other information may be updated or corrected when necessary.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Limitation of Website Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Greenville SC Trailer Rentals is not responsible for losses resulting solely from interruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability of this website or its online booking services.

Liability relating to the possession, towing, loading, operation, damage, or use of a rented trailer is governed by the applicable Rental Agreement and applicable law.
